不同附着体系统支持的下颌种植覆盖义齿咀嚼效率比较

目的:对比分析Locator和球帽附着体系统支持的下颌种植覆盖义齿咀嚼效率。方法:选取全口无牙牙合患者16例,随机分成2组;下颌植入2枚种植体后分别使用Locator和球帽附着体系统完成覆盖义齿修复,分别设为(LCT)组和(BAC)组,3个月后分别计算咀嚼效率。结果:下颌种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统咀嚼效率增加量差异无统计学意义。结论:种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统均能有效提高咀嚼效率,均值得临床推广。 OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the masticatory efficiency of mandibular implant overdentures supported by Locator and cap-cap attachment system. Methods: Twenty-six patients with complete occlusal tooth occlusion were randomly divided into two groups. After implanting two implants with mandibular implants, Locator and ball-cap attachment system were used to complete the overdenture repair, and were respectively set as (LCT) group and (BAC) Group, three months later were calculated chewing efficiency. Results: There was no significant difference in increase of masticatory efficiency between mandibular implant overdenture and Locator or ball cap attachment system. Conclusion: The use of Locator or cap attachment system can improve the masticatory efficiency of implant overdenture, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
