被中国设备管理协会授予“全国优秀设备管理工作者”光荣称号的湖北江山厂机动处处长丛世福同志从事设备管理工作30多年,对工厂各类设备的性能及安全使用维护情况了如指掌,能迅速指出出现故障设备的问题所在及排除方法,被工人们誉为“设备活字典”.在丛世福同志的组织下,工厂的设备管理工作走上了制度化、规范化的轨道,多年来一直被兵器行业和湖北省评为设备管理优秀单位,为工厂在军、民品开发生产中发挥设备效益作出了贡献. For more than 30 years, Mr. Cong Shifu, chief of maneuver department of Hubei Jiangshan Plant, who was honored as “Outstanding Equipment Management Worker of China” by the Chinese Equipment Management Association, can quickly know the performance and safe use and maintenance of all kinds of equipment in the factory. Equipment failure problems and exclusion methods, workers were hailed as “equipment dictionary.” Under the organization of Cong Shifu, the plant’s equipment management has embarked on a systematic and standardized track, the weapon industry has been for many years and Hubei Province as excellent equipment management unit, for the factory in the military, civilian product development and production equipment to make a contribution.
