目的观察导管针及PTC针穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗肝、肾囊肿疗效;比较两种针具穿刺效果。方法70例肝、肾囊肿患者77枚囊肿随机分组使用PTC针或导管针穿刺注入无水酒精治疗。结果穿刺成功率:PTC针组72.97%,导管针组97.67%,合计89.61%;随访1a治愈率:PTC针组76.92%,导管针组97.56%,合计89.55%。结论无水酒精治疗肝、肾囊肿疗效确切,对囊肿穿刺导管针优于PTC针。
Objective To observe the effects of catheter needle and PTC needle puncture anhydrous alcohol sclerotherapy on liver and kidney cyst; compare the effect of two kinds of needle puncture. Methods Seventy-seven patients with hepatic and renal cysts were randomly divided into groups using PTC needles or catheter needles to inject alcohol into the cysts. Results The puncture success rate was 72.97% in the PTC needle group, 97.67% in the catheter needle group, which was 89.61% in total; the cure rate in the follow-up 1a was 76.92% in the PTC needle group and 97.56% in the catheter needle group, totaling 89 .55%. Conclusions The treatment of liver and kidney cysts with absolute alcohol has a definite curative effect. It is better for cystic aspiration needles than PTC needles.
