目的:研究金刚藤多糖对大鼠慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用及对血清免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:选择未交配的SPF级雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型组、金刚藤胶囊组、金刚藤多糖15mg/kg、30mg/kg、60mg/kg组。实验第1天,除正常组外,其余各组大鼠用戊巴比妥麻醉,采用双侧输卵管注入30%苯酚胶浆生理盐水溶液制作大鼠盆腔炎模型。造模后正常组和模型组灌胃给予纯净水,其余各组灌胃给予药物,其中金刚藤胶囊组的日给药量为540mg/kg/天,金刚藤多糖15mg/kg、30mg/kg、60mg/kg剂量组的日给药量分别为:15mg/kg/天,30mg/kg/天,60mg/kg/天,每天1次,共灌胃治疗20天。第21天各实验组大鼠眼眶取血后断颈处死,剖取子宫,称重,计算子宫重量系数;取病变明显的子宫组织进行病理形态分析;酶联免疫法测定各实验组大鼠血浆Ig A、Ig M和Ig G含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠子宫重量系数显著增大,子宫炎症性病变显著加重;血浆Ig A、Ig M和Ig G含量均有极显著减少;与模型组比较,金刚藤多糖15~60mg/kg可显著减小大鼠子宫重量系数,减轻子宫炎症性病变,增加血浆Ig A、Ig M和Ig G含量。结论:金刚藤多糖对大鼠慢性盆腔炎具有治疗作用,其机理可与调节大鼠血浆免疫球蛋白有关。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of kumquat polysaccharide on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats and its effect on serum immunoglobulin. Methods: Sixty SPF female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jingangtang capsule group, Jinguoguang polysaccharide 15mg / kg, 30mg / kg, 60mg / kg group. On the first day of experiment, except the normal group, rats in the other groups were anesthetized with pentobarbital, and pelvic inflammation model was made by injecting 30% phenol glue and saline solution into bilateral fallopian tubes. Results: Compared with the normal group, the uterine weight coefficient of the model group increased significantly, and the uterine inflammatory disease increased significantly. The contents of Ig A, Ig M and Ig G in the model group decreased significantly. Compared with the model group, ~ 60mg / kg can significantly reduce the rat uterine weight coefficient, reduce uterine inflammatory lesions, increase the plasma Ig A, Ig M and Ig G levels. Conclusion: Fructus Gordia polysaccharide has a therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma immunoglobulin in rats.
