目的 从细胞凋亡水平和 p5 3基因表达的差异探讨子宫内膜异位症 (EM )的发病机理。方法 38例EM标本行HE染色、原位细胞凋亡标记实验 (TUNEL) ,p5 3mRNA的原位分子杂交实验。以正常子宫内膜作正常对照 ,经Dnase处理的子宫内膜为阳性对照 ,设空白阴性对照。结果 TUNEL实验结果 ,正常分泌期子宫内膜中细胞凋亡率为 2 4 2 9% ,EM的细胞凋亡率为 3 6 4%。p5 3在EM的表达为 7 43% ,而正常对照组为 2 8 5 1% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 EM的细胞凋亡水平和 p5 3的表达水平明显低于正常对照组。EM的发病可能与子宫内膜的细胞凋亡水平降低有关。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EM) from the differences of apoptosis and p5 3 gene expression. Methods 38 cases of EM specimens were stained with HE, TUNEL and p5 3 mRNA in situ hybridization. With normal endometrium as a normal control, Dnase-treated endometrium as a positive control, set a blank negative control. Results The results of TUNEL assay showed that the apoptosis rate of endometrium in normal secretory phase was 2429%, and the apoptosis rate in EM was 36.4%. The expression of p53 in EM was 7 43%, while it was 28.5% in normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of apoptosis and the expression of p5 3 in EM are significantly lower than those in normal control group. EM may be related to the pathogenesis of endometrial apoptosis decreased.
