若榴花屋位于杭州市龙游路15号,系沙孟海先生旧居。占地面积1．299亩,为两层三开间西式花园别墅,建于1935年,共有建筑面积332．88平方米,楼上楼下有14间房。20世纪50年代初,沙老迁居楼下一间几十平方米的通间,一住就是几十年。原来小院里种着几棵火红的石榴树,石榴花开之时,衬得房子十分雅致,沙老便用旧名榜西湖新寓,并特地篆刻了“若榴花屋”印章一枚。
