地质勘查项目成本管理是地质勘查企业管理最重要的管理内容,近些年来随着市场经济的不断发展,地质勘查行业逐渐引起大家的重视。随着市场竞争愈发激烈,地质勘查企业将成本管理作为管理重点,地质企业的经营情况和项目施工成本有密切的联系,要从多方面进行管理,达到减少成本投入的目的。但是由于地质勘查行业的成本管理涉及到很多影响因素,各个因素之间相互制约,导致成本管理现状不容乐观。本文将以地质勘查行业成本管理存在的问题为研究点,对成本管理的改进措施进行系统的分析。
Geological prospecting project cost management is the most important management of geological exploration business management, with the continuous development of market economy in recent years, the geological prospecting industry gradually attracted everyone’s attention. With the increasingly fierce market competition, geological exploration enterprises regard cost management as the key point of management. The operation of geological enterprises is closely linked with the construction cost of the project. Management should be conducted in many aspects so as to reduce costs. However, due to many factors affecting the cost management of the geological prospecting industry, the various factors are constrained each other, leading to the unsatisfactory status of cost management. This paper will focus on the problems existing in the cost management of geological prospecting industry and systematically analyzes the cost management improvement measures.
