介绍了国内及宝钢目前低合金焊丝用线材的现状及存在的问题,并针对线材冷却工艺进行了重点分 析讨论,通过对比试验找出降低线材原始抗拉强度的冷却工艺。以BH08MnMoTiB为例。采用这种工艺轧制的 线材抗拉强度控制在770MPa左右。
The current situation and existing problems of wire for low alloy wire in China and Baosteel are introduced. The cooling process of wire is analyzed and discussed in detail, and the cooling process to reduce the original tensile strength of wire rod is found out through comparative tests. Take BH08MnMoTiB as an example. The tensile strength of the wire rolled by this process is controlled at about 770MPa.
