目的:讨论用高速涡轮机拔除下颌水平位阻生齿的方法和结果。方法:用高速涡轮机裂钻或球钻在水平位阻生牙冠部位,横行磨除部分牙体并开沟,用骨凿横断牙体,用增隙凿增隙及较窄牙挺,挺出阻生齿近中部分冠片,并逐步拔除。结果:此方法有效缩短了拔除时间,出血量少,并发症少。结论:用高速涡轮机辅助劈断牙体,拔除下颌水平位阻生齿,切实可行,简便高效。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the method and results of high-speed turbine extraction of mandibular level impacted teeth. Methods: High-speed turbo-fractured drill or ball drill was applied to horizontal crowns, and part of the teeth were abradated and ditched transversely. The teeth were cut transversely with an osteotome, Impacted teeth near the middle part of the film, and gradually removed. Results: This method effectively shortened the removal time, less bleeding, fewer complications. Conclusion: It is feasible and efficient to split the tooth with high-speed turbine and remove the horizontal impacted teeth.
