目的探讨自体耳软骨移植在眼睑肿瘤切除术后眼睑修复再造的临床效果。方法 25例眼睑肿瘤患者于肿瘤切除后充分分离残余的皮肤、眼轮匝肌、睑结膜至穹窿,固定耳软骨将眼睑皮肤、轮匝肌与结膜对位缝合,于穹窿部做褥式缝合,牵引固定于对侧皮肤处。结果 25例中随访20例,随访2~5 a。20例保持了眼睑的正常功能,眼睑活动自如,闭合完全,无内翻倒睫。结论用自体耳软骨行眼睑修复再造,既减少患者多次手术痛苦,又达到恢复眼睑功能和美容效果,是一种理想的手术方式。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous ear cartilage transplantation in the reconstruction of eyelid after eyelid tumor resection. Methods Twenty-five patients with eyelid tumors were adequately separated from the residual skin, orbicularis oculi muscle and conjunctiva to fornix after resection of the tumor. The eardrum and the orbicularis muscle were fixed with the conjunctiva. Traction fixed at the contralateral skin. Results 25 cases were followed up 20 cases, followed up for 2 ~ 5 a. 20 cases maintained the normal function of the eyelid, eyelid mobility freely, closed completely, no inverted inverted eyelashes. Conclusion It is an ideal surgical method to repair and reconstruct the eyelids with self-elective cartilage, which not only reduces the pain of multiple operations in patients but also restores eyelid function and cosmetic effect.
