苍苓散是治疗小儿秋季腹泻(轮状病毒性肠炎)的中药制剂,以苍术为君药,故挥发油成分是本方的主要有效成分。本实验以挥发油成分为主要指标,以水溶性浸出物和多糖含量为次要指标,采用正交试验L9(34)法对苍苓泡腾冲剂的提取工艺条件进行优化研究。结果显示,挥发油和水溶性浸出物含量主要受提取次数和提取时间影响,多糖含量主要受提取次数的影响。认为提取条件分别为:含挥发油药材提取以浸泡5h,提取3.5h,加8倍量水,提取3次为宜;其它药材提取以浸泡1h,提取1.5h,加6倍量水,提取3次为宜。
Cang Wo San is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of children’s autumn diarrhea (rotavirus enteritis). The herb is the king drug, so the volatile oil component is the main active ingredient of this party. In this experiment, the volatile oil composition as the main indicator, water soluble extract and polysaccharide content as secondary indicators, using orthogonal test L9 (34) method of optimization of Cangjing Effervescent Granule extraction process conditions. The results showed that the content of volatile oil and water-soluble extract was mainly affected by the extraction times and extraction time, and the polysaccharide content was mainly affected by the number of extractions. The extraction conditions were as follows: extracts containing volatile oils were soaked for 5 h, extracted for 3.5 h, added 8 times water, and extracted 3 times; other herbs were extracted by soaking for 1 h, extracting 1.5 h, adding 6 times water, extraction 3 times is appropriate.
