本文涉及的高速柴油机喷油泵的凸轮轴有12个凸轮,凸轮相互的相位角为30°。凸轮表面的轮廓线是由四个半径大小不等的圆弧组成,成为凸圆弧型凸轮。其尺寸大小见图1。凸轮轴的材料为12CrNi_3A,凸轮和工作轴颈表面经渗碳淬火,渗碳层深度成品为1.3~1.7mm,表面硬度为HRC≥58。 喷油泵经过350小时台架试验然后分解,有时会发现某些凸轮轴产生程度轻重不等的麻点。这些麻点有的很小,很浅,只有针尖般大小(见图2),经700小时试车后则进一步扩展;有的剥落层已连成一片,最深达3mm(见图3)。严重时凸轮轴运行175小时后即可发现麻
This article deals with high-speed diesel fuel injection pump camshaft has 12 cams, cam phase angle of 30 ° each other.
