Cerebral arteriovenous malformation (CAVM) is a congenital disorder that is the result of dysplastic capillary biological structures during vascular remodeling. The preservation, repair, correction and update of the original vascular tree are determined by the body’s own metabolism, mainly related to the compensatory mechanism, but also mediated and controlled by the gene. The occurrence of vascular malformations and blood vessels suffered long-term high blood flow impact. It is the change in pressure and blood flow experienced by the vessel wall that constitutes the so-called “stress trigger” of CAVM formation. The trigger point appears sooner or later and the size of the abnormal vascular group has a direct relationship.
