成人高等教育学生的学习动机直接影响到教师主导作用的发挥以及最终的教学效果,所以,激发学生的学习动机,是成教大学生接受教育的前提和教育得以成功的内在动因。现阶段因主客观因素影响,导致成教大学生的学习动机严重不足,但成教工作者要正确看待这一现象,通过增强成人学生的学习信心、提高成人学生的认识水平以及提升成人学生的教育策略等培养与激发手段去提高学生学习动机水平,最终达到提高成人高等教育水平的目标。
The learning motivation of adult higher education directly affects the teacher’s leading role and the final teaching effect. Therefore, motivating students’ learning motivation is the prerequisite for the undergraduate education and the intrinsic motivation for the success of education. Due to the subjective and objective factors at the present stage, the motivation of adult college students is seriously insufficient. However, adult workers should view this phenomenon correctly, enhance the students ’learning confidence, enhance the awareness of adult students and enhance the adult students’ educational strategies. Training and inspiring means to improve students’ motivation to learn, and ultimately achieve the goal of raising the level of adult higher education.
