Objective: To investigate the related factors of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. Methods: From January 2005 to December 2009, a total of 98 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were enrolled in this study. 196 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group according to the ratio of 1: 2. Single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results: A total of 15 factors were selected in univariate analysis, which were related to hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Incision infection was taken as the dependent variable. Other statistic variables were assigned as independent variables and unconditional multivariate analysis was used. The body mass index (BMI) Social stress, low education, low calcium concentration, a family history of hypertension and gestational hypertension have a relationship or cause. Conclusions: Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are related to many factors, such as controlling body mass index during pregnancy, raising awareness of health care in groups with lower educational level, guiding the correct psychological adjustment of pregnant women, and focusing on maternal mothers with history of pregnancy-induced hypertension Guardianship, calcium intake may be to some extent prevent and reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.
