目的:评价丹红注射液应用于老年冠心病患者中的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年4月—2015年7月在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者83例,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中观察组41例,在常规治疗基础上选用丹红注射液进行处理,对照组42例,仅选用常规治疗进行处理,观察并比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效以及血脂情况.结果:观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者血脂各项指标降低情况明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:丹红注射液可用于治疗老年性冠心痛,其临床疗效较好,不仅能有效减轻患者临床症状,还能降低血清内TC、TG水平,值得广泛推广.“,”Objective:Evaluating the clinical efficacy of using Danhong Injection in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:83 cases of coronary heart disease patients from April 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital for treatment,using a random number table method would be divided into two groups,41 cases in which the observation group,the choice on the basis of conventional therapy Danhong Injection processing,the controlled group had 42 cases,only the choice of conventional therapy treatment,the two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy of treatment and lipid profile.Results:The effect of the observation group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);serum lipids of patients in the observation group indexes were lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection can be used in the treatment for senile coronary heart disease,its clinical efficacy is better,not only can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,but also reduce serum TC,TG level,should be popularized.
