目的:研究风险管理法在手术室管理护理中的临床效果。方法:随机选取手术室中的15名医护人员作为研究对象,研究期限为一年,从2014年4月到2015年4月,前六个月仅记录该部分人员出错几率和患者满意度,不实施风险意识管理;后六个月记录出错率及患者满意度,实施风险管理法。试验结束,对比前后结果。结果:前六个月医护人员的出错几率为8.00%(16/200),患者对医护人员的服务满意度为85.00%(170/200);后六个月医护人员出错几率下降到1.50%(3/200),患者满意度上升至99.00%(198/200)。实施风险管理法前后的出错几率及患者满意度差异显著,均为P<0.05。结论:手术室中的风险管理法有助于增强医护人员的风险意识,降低出错几率,提高患者对医护人员的护理满意度,和谐医患关系,具有临床推广意义。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of risk management in operating room management and nursing. Methods: A total of 15 medical staff in the operating room were randomly selected as study subjects. The study period was one year. From April 2014 to April 2015, only the error probability and patient satisfaction of the part of staff were recorded in the first six months. Implement risk awareness management; record error rate and patient satisfaction after six months and implement risk management method. The test is over, comparing the results before and after. Results: In the first six months, the probability of mistakes of healthcare workers was 8.00% (16/200), the satisfaction rate of service to health care workers was 85.00% (170/200), and the probability of errors of health care workers dropped to 1.50% in the last six months 3/200), patient satisfaction increased to 99.00% (198/200). There were significant differences between the risk of failure before and after the implementation of the risk management method and patient satisfaction, all P <0.05. Conclusion: The risk management method in the operating room helps to enhance the risk awareness of medical staff, reduce the chance of error, improve patient satisfaction with health care workers, and harmonize the relationship between doctors and patients with clinical significance.
