Isotope geochronology is a new discipline. Guided by Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, this work has been vigorously carried out in our country and has become an indispensable means of geological work. Isotope geochronology starts from the level of isotopic evolution and applies the law of nuclear transition to understanding the time sequence and the phenomena reflected in the evolution of geological bodies and clarifies the development history of geological bodies and the division of geological structural units. The isotopic geologic age data comprehensively reflects the complicated experiences since the formation of regional rocks or minerals. The application of the data involves all aspects of stratigraphy, rock, mineralogy, tectonics, magmatism and metamorphism. Therefore, isotope geochronology combined with geotextile mapping can study the lithospheric magmatism, metamorphism, mineral distribution in time and space, the establishment of stratigraphy, analysis
