利用共聚焦扫描激光显微镜直接观察一种常见高温合金(IN718)的凝固过程。根据动态原位观察结果,凝固过程中的液相体积分数可以表示为时间或温度的函数,分析L→γ的凝固过程得到不同阶段的γ生长速率。利用Scheil方程对凝固过程中元素的偏析行为进行模拟,计算结果与原位观察结果相吻合。共聚焦扫描激光显微镜作为研究合金凝固行为的工具极具潜力。
Direct observation of the solidification process of a common high temperature alloy (IN718) by confocal scanning laser microscopy. According to the results of dynamic in situ observation, the volume fraction of liquid phase during solidification can be expressed as a function of time or temperature, and the γ growth rate at different stages can be obtained by analyzing the solidification process of L → γ. Schell equation was used to simulate the segregation behavior of the elements in the solidification process. The calculated results are in good agreement with the in situ observations. Confocal scanning laser microscopy has great potential as a tool for studying the solidification behavior of alloys.
