为了破除“以药补医”机制,改革补偿机制和落实医院自主经营管理权,统筹推进管理体制、补偿机制、人事分配、价格机制、医保支付制度、采购机制、监管机制等,2012年12月31日,我县公立医院综合改革启动。这一改革势必对医院的人事分配制度和收入分配制度产生巨大的影响,如何在重要的转型期稳定人心,调动医务人员的积极性,让医务人员全身心投入工作,提高服务质量,全力推进改革
