用盐酸氮芥消耗兔白细胞90%左右,观察白细胞在兔油酸性肺水肿发病中的作用。实验分为正常组(5只),油酸组(5只),消耗白细胞组(5只)。与正常组比较,油酸组肺血流量在10min后各时间点均明显下降(P<0.05);而消耗白细胞组除30min点有一过性降低外(P<0.05),其它各时间点的变化均无统计学意义。肺湿干重比及肺水含量,正常组分别为4.91±0.20和79.56±0.79%;油酸组分别为5.95±0.4g(P<0.01)和83.12±1.46%(P<0.01);消耗白细胞组分别为6.77±1.32(P<0.05)和84.77±3.04%(P<0.01)。结果提示,白细胞是使兔油酸性肺水肿时肺血流量下降的原因之一,而对肺水肿程度影响不大。
The use of nitrogen mustard hydrochloride rabbit leukocyte depletion of about 90%, observe the role of leukocytes in the pathogenesis of oleic acid pulmonary edema in rabbits. The experiment was divided into normal group (n = 5), oleic acid group (n = 5) and WBC group (n = 5). Compared with the normal group, the pulmonary blood flow in the oleic acid group decreased significantly (P <0.05) at all time points after 10 minutes; while the leukocyte depletion group had a transient decrease at 30 minutes (P <0.05) and at other time points No statistical significance. Lung wet and dry weight ratio and lung water content, the normal group were 4.91 ± 0.20 and 79.56 ± 0.79% respectively; oleic acid group was 5.95 ± 0.4g and 83.12 ± 1.46% respectively (P <0.01) Group were 6.77 ± 1.32 (P <0.05) and 84.77 ± 3.04% (P <0.01) respectively. The results suggest that leukocyte is one of the reasons for decreased pulmonary blood flow in rabbits with oleic acid pulmonary edema, but has little effect on the degree of pulmonary edema.
