随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的制定与实施,深化职业教育改革创新、加快提高职业教育人才培养质量,成为各高职院校探索的重点。面对职业教育发展的新机遇、新挑战,在高职院校内成立专业教学公司成为探索的热点,本文在前人研究的基础上结合自身的研究,认为教学公司的决胜点在运行机制的设计上,而运行机制最重要的是:第一,公司的组建机制的创新;第二,公司的人力资源机制的创新;第三,激励机制的创新。
With the formulation and implementation of “Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan”, deepening the reform and innovation of vocational education and accelerating the training of qualified personnel in vocational education have become the focus of the exploration in all higher vocational colleges. In the face of the new opportunities and new challenges in the development of vocational education, setting up a professional teaching company in higher vocational colleges becomes a hot spot for exploration. Based on the previous studies and combined with my own research, I think that the decisive point of teaching companies lies in the operating mechanism The most important aspects of the design and operation mechanism are: first, the innovation of the company’s organizational mechanism; second, the innovation of the company’s human resources mechanism; and third, the innovation of the incentive mechanism.
