村民、乡村精英、民间组织等民间力量是村落传统文化的守卫者,同时也是重要的文化的载体和传承人,在村落社会经济文化的建设中发挥重要的作用。但是随着农村建设的进一步深化,作为政府基层组织的村民委员会在农村文化建设中的作用日益强化,甚至出现过度干预的现象。因此,在村落传统文化的保护上,必须厘清政府和民间力量的角色定位,政府适度干预,民间力量有效作为,共同保护传统文化,守住村民的精神家园。 The folk forces such as villagers, village elites and non-governmental organizations are the guardians of the traditional culture in the villages, and they are also important cultural carriers and successors. They play an important role in the construction of social, economic and cultural villages. However, with the further deepening of rural construction, the role of village committees as grass-roots organizations in the government in rural cultural construction has been increasingly strengthened and even over-intervention has taken place. Therefore, on the protection of traditional culture in the village, we must clarify the roles of government and non-governmental forces, moderate intervention by the government and effective use of non-governmental forces to jointly protect the traditional culture and keep the spiritual homeland of the villagers.
