目的:探讨婴幼儿不同喂养方式对血清中TC、TG的影响,从而为促进婴幼儿的生长发育提供参考。方法:以氧化酶法检测417例2岁以下婴幼儿血清总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG),并据不同喂养方式划分为两组,母乳喂养为观察组1,奶粉喂养为观察组2。对组间TC、TG进行比较,结果分析采用t检验。结果:观察组1、2TC浓度分别为3.96±1.12mmol/L、3.91±0.91mmol/L,2组比较无差异(P>0.05);TG浓度分别为1.17±0.62mmol/L、1.03±0.57mmol/L,观察组1高于观察组2(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿的喂养方式不同对其脂代谢并无明显的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different feeding methods on serum TC and TG in infants and young children, and to provide references for the promotion of infants and young children’s growth and development. Methods: Serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in 417 infants under 2 years of age were detected by oxidase method and divided into two groups according to different feeding modes. Breastfeeding group 1 and milk powder feeding group 2. Between groups TC, TG were compared, the results of analysis using t test. Results: The concentrations of 1,2TC in the observation group were 3.96 ± 1.12mmol / L and 3.91 ± 0.91mmol / L respectively, there was no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The TG concentrations were 1.17 ± 0.62mmol / L and 1.03 ± 0.57mmol / L, observation group 1 was higher than observation group 2 (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different feeding methods for infants and young children have no obvious effect on lipid metabolism.
