采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和试剂盒等方法, 对投喂不同剂量恩诺沙星和氯霉素的鲤Cyprinuscarpio酯酶同工酶进行了电泳分析, 同时对一些血清生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明: 恩诺沙星可使鲤酯酶同工酶的活性升高; 所有投喂药饵的鱼血清总蛋白、白蛋白、白蛋白与球蛋白之比均下降, 谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、无机磷、非蛋白氮、肌酐呈上升趋势; 高浓度药物对鲤的器官生理功能均有不同程度的影响, 其中对肝胰脏、肾脏的影响较为明显。
Serum Cyprinus carpio esterase isozymes of Cyprinus carpio carp fed different doses of enrofloxacin and chloramphenicol were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and kit, and some physiological and biochemical indexes of serum were also determined. The results showed that enrofloxacin could increase the activity of esterase isozymes in all the carp; the ratio of total protein, albumin, albumin and globulin in fish fed the baits decreased, while the alanine aminotransferase, Phosphatase, inorganic phosphorus, non-protein nitrogen, creatinine showed an upward trend; high concentrations of drugs on the physiological functions of carps have varying degrees of influence, of which the impact of hepatopancreas, kidney more obvious.
