承钢炼钢转炉生产中,产生有大量烟尘,经除尘系统处理回收的含铁污泥,其主要成分为:TFe、FeO、CaO等。为了有效利用含铁污泥和降低承钢的生产成本,减少污泥占地对生态环境的二次污染,从而创造社会、经济和环境的综合效益,我们有必要采取一定的技术措施,使含铁污泥重新作为冶炼原料,回用于二次生产,实现达高产和挖潜增效的目的。
