鉴于中国石油长输油气管道站场的生产监控系统时钟不同步问题,在分析和总结现有两类8种时钟同步技术及结合生产监控系统在役设备和系统架构基础上,利用NTP、GPS、北斗、modbus通信和CIP通信等技术,提出了SCADA系统、泄漏监测系统、视频监控系统、语音电话系统及第三方设备等生产监控系统需要授时设备的时钟同步方法及PLC数据时间标签插入方法。制定了调控中心、分控中心、输油气站场和阀室的授时方案,并利用该方案在漠河-大庆原油管道多个站场进行了示范应用,实现了中俄原油管道漠河-大庆段的生产监控系统时钟全线同步,并对PLC上传的数据插入时间标签,可重现真实的事件发生时序,为生产及事件分析提供保障。

The program of timing and control of the control center, sub-control center, oil and gas station and valve chamber was formulated and the program was applied to a number of stations in the Mohe-Daqing crude oil pipeline to demonstrate the application of the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline in the Mohe-Daqing section Production monitoring system clock synchronization across the board, and the data uploaded into the PLC time stamp, to reproduce the timing of the real event occurred, for the production and event analysis to provide protection.
