在 2× 1 7MV串列加速器上用7Li(p ,n) 7Be、T(p ,n) 3He、D(d ,n) 3He和T(d ,n) 4 He核反应产生的 2 0keV~ 19MeV单能快中子对中国原子能科学研究院研制的固体气泡损伤探测器进行了刻度。结果表明 :该探测器对快中子的探测阈能约为 10 0keV ,阈能处中子探测效率急剧上升约 3个数量级 ,阈能以上效率曲线基本平坦 ,中子探测效率约为 1 5× 10 - 4。这种探测器可用于中子能谱和中子剂量测量
