双向选择人才培养是新时期军事高等教育面临的新课题,是军队院校教育结合新时期特点作出的重大改革,是适应当前高等教育发展趋势而进行的大胆探索和实践。结合我院2年来的双向选择模式人才培养实践,对如何从宏观的高度认识双向选择人才模式的优势,从战略的广度科学构建双向选择人才培养模式的教学体系,如何在培养过程中充分体现新模式的教学特点,以及研究总结培养过程中遇到的各类问题等方面进行了初步总结和探讨。
Two-way choice of personnel training is a new task for military higher education in the new era. It is a major reform of military academy education combined with the characteristics of the new era. It is a bold exploration and practice to adapt to the current trend of higher education. Combined with the practice of two-way selection personnel training in our hospital over the past two years, this paper analyzes how to understand the advantages of bi-directional personnel selection mode from a macro perspective and how to construct a teaching system of bi-directional selection personnel training mode scientifically from a strategic perspective. Mode of teaching characteristics, as well as research summarizes the various problems encountered in the training process were initially summarized and discussed.
