从轧件在孔型中的受力分析得知,在箱形孔型中轧制时的咬住角α咬住除与摩擦角β有关外,尚与孔型侧壁斜度φ角有关。而对实现塑性变形的咬入角α咬入除与β角、φ角有关外,还应考虑轧件的材质及外力作用的大小。根据轧件的受力条件对在箱形孔型中轧制时的咬住条件,即一次咬入及二次咬入进行了分析,得出在孔型中轧制的咬住角公式:α咬住≤β/sinφ;一次咬入时的咬入角公式:α咬入1≤Q/(2KF-(Qf/sinφ))及二次咬入时的咬八角公式:α咬入2≤(?)。
