采用机械合金化在304不锈钢表面成功制得Al-Al_2O_3-ZrO2-Y_2O_3复合涂层。采用SEM、EDS和XRD等分析了复合涂层的显微形貌和组织结构,并观察厚度变化;通过摩擦磨损试验和高温氧化试验测试涂层的耐磨性及抗高温氧化性。结果表明,涂层厚度随着时间的延长先增大后减小;当球磨时间为8h时,涂层最为致密,平均厚度约为200μm;球磨8h比球磨5h后的涂层摩擦因数明显减小,平均值为0.148;Al-Al_2O_3-ZrO2-Y_2O_3复合涂层具有良好的抗高温氧化性能。
The Al-Al 2 O 3 -ZrO 2 -Y 2 O 3 composite coating was successfully prepared on the surface of 304 stainless steel by mechanical alloying. The microstructure and microstructure of the composite coating were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The thickness change of the composite coating was observed. The wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating were tested by friction and wear test and high temperature oxidation test. The results showed that the thickness of the coating first increased and then decreased with the time increasing. The coating was the most dense with an average thickness of about 200μm when the ball milling time was 8h. The friction coefficient of the coating after 8h milling was significantly decreased , The average value of 0.148; Al-Al_2O_3-ZrO2-Y_2O_3 composite coating has good high temperature oxidation resistance.
