泡粒混凝土的力学性能与本构关系

考虑聚苯颗粒体积比及湿密度等级两个影响因素,配制了共计25组不同配比的泡粒混凝土.研究了加载速率对泡粒混凝土应力-应变曲线的影响情况,结果表明其应变率效应不明显;并研究了不同聚苯颗粒含量以及不同湿密度等级对泡粒混凝土的应力-应变曲线的影响情况,结果表明此材料的密度以及聚苯颗粒含量对其力学性能影响均很大,并表现出不同的规律性.通过对其弹性模量、压溃应力、压溃应变等参数的分析,结合试验结果,建立了该材料的单轴压缩唯象本构模型,通过试验结果与预测结果的比较,唯象本构模型与试验结果吻合较好. Considering the influence factors of volume ratio of polystyrene particles and wet density grade, a total of 25 different proportion of concrete were prepared.The effect of loading rate on the stress-strain curve of concrete was studied.The results show that the strain rate effect The results show that the density of the material and the content of polystyrene particles have a great influence on the mechanical properties of the concrete, and the influence of the content of polystyrene particles and the different wet density grades on the stress- Which shows different regularity.The uniaxial compression phenomenological constitutive model of the material is established by analyzing the parameters of elastic modulus, crushing stress and crushing strain and combining with the test results.Through the test results and the prediction results , The phenomenological constitutive model is in good agreement with the experimental results.
