以发展协调均衡的交通网络体系为目的,基于GIS平台构建了城市群交通网络载流模型,以京津冀地区为例,对县域交通网络的载流能力进行分析,通过理论载流总程值和实际载流总程值的计算,得出各县区的道路缺口里程及区域综合承载能力。结果显示,理论载流总程值较高的县区较多,市辖区较低;各市辖区实际载流总程值较高,县区较低;理论上,市辖区的交通相对较松缓,道路建设水平较高,而县区交通相对紧张,交通配套基础设施不够完善。最后提出,面对市区交通拥堵的现实情况,应加强高速路扩建,发展城市轨道交通,完善地下交通,优化城市公共交通等,提高居民低碳出行意识,缓解道路压力;对经济发展较为落后的县区应加大政府投资扶贫力度,加强基础型干路如省道、县道的建设,完善支路建设,扩大公路网络覆盖面。
For the purpose of developing a coordinated and balanced traffic network system, a traffic flow model of urban agglomeration traffic network is constructed based on GIS platform. Taking Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province as an example, the current carrying capacity of county traffic network is analyzed. And the calculation of the total carrying value of the current carrying capacity, draw the road gap mileage of each county area and the comprehensive carrying capacity of the area. The results show that there are many counties with higher total carrying value of theoretical carrying capacity and lower municipal districts; the actual carrying total current carrying value of each district is higher and the county area is lower; in theory, the traffic in municipal districts is relatively loose, The level of road construction is relatively high, while the traffic in the county area is relatively tight, and the transportation infrastructure is not perfect. Lastly, in the face of the actual situation of urban traffic congestion, we should strengthen the expansion of highways, develop urban rail transit, improve underground transport, optimize urban public transport, raise residents’ awareness of low-carbon travel and alleviate road pressure, Counties and districts should increase government efforts to reduce poverty, strengthen the construction of basic roads such as provincial and county roads, improve the construction of branch roads and expand the coverage of highway networks.
