旅游管理专业实习是学生在学习专业理论的基础上做到学用结合,提升专业技能和职业素养的一个重要的学习环节。实习的重要性在开设旅游管理专业的高等院校和学术界已形成共识。但是在专业实习的实际工作中依然存在诸多问题。从达成专业人才培养目标、提高实践教学质量的角度,必须解决专业实习存在的问题。在借鉴其他院校经验、吸收学术界研究成果的基础上,结合我校实际,本文提出了一些解决专业实习问题的思路和对策,以便增强专业实习的实效,也试图对其他院校的实习工作有所裨益。 Tourism Management Internship is an important part of learning that students combine with learning and improve their professional skills and professionalism on the basis of studying professional theories.
