传统的蒙德法不适用于装置本身的危险程度分析,基于输气站场工艺流程较复杂、设备繁多的特点,采用改进后的蒙德法对其危险程度进行评价,增加了设备修正系数F E、设备管理系数F M、同类设备失效频率F G作为评价项。根据输气站场的工艺特征,将输气站场划分为多个评价单元,以净化单元为例,采用改进的蒙德法对其危险程度进行评价分析。通过对净化单元的各项安全指标进行定量计算,并结合输气站场的安全管理制度进行补偿评价,对比各项危险性系数在补偿评价前后的差别,表明利用改进的蒙德法能够比较准确地对输气站场进行危险程度评价。
The traditional Montefranca method is not suitable for the analysis of the dangerous degree of the device itself. Based on the complicated technological process of the gas station and the numerous equipment, the improved Montefiore method is used to evaluate the dangerous degree and the equipment modification coefficient FE , Equipment management factor FM, similar equipment failure frequency FG as the evaluation. According to the technological characteristics of gas station, the gas station is divided into several evaluation units. Taking the purification unit as an example, the improved Mengde method is used to evaluate and analyze its dangerous degree. Through the quantitative calculation of each safety index of the purification unit and the compensation evaluation based on the safety management system of the gas station, comparing the differences of various risk factors before and after the compensation evaluation shows that the improved Monde’s method can be more accurate To assess the danger level of gas station.
