采用S-570型扫描电镜和RM-6200多道生理记录仪观察分析了不同运动条件下心肌间质胶原形态重塑和心肌舒缩性能的变化。结果表明,一般运动负荷导致心肌细胞与间质胶原同步增长,心肌舒缩性能增强;长期运动超负荷导致心肌细胞与间质胶原不成比例增长,间质胶原过度增生,心肌舒缩性能受到较严重损伤。心室内压的±d2P/d2P/dt2max是反映心肌舒缩性能较敏感的指标。
S-570 scanning electron microscope and RM-6200 multi-channel physiological recorder were used to observe the changes of myocardial interstitial collagen remodeling and myocardial contractility under different exercise conditions. The results showed that general exercise load resulted in synchronous increase of cardiac myocytes and interstitial collagen, and enhanced cardiac contractility and contractility. Long-term exercise overload resulted in a disproportionate increase of myocardial cells and interstitial collagen, excessive proliferation of interstitial collagen, and more severe myocardial contractility damage. ± d2P / d2P / dt2max of ventricular pressure is a more sensitive indicator of myocardial contractility.
