目的探讨功能性消化不良患儿胃动力与胃电图的改变规律。方法选取年龄1~7岁,符合功能性消化不良诊断标准的50例儿童为病例组,选取50例健康儿童为对照组。两组儿童分别接受胃肠电图仪检测,分析胃电描记数据,使用SPSS18.0统计软件处理数据。结果Ⅰ导联(胃体导联)和Ⅱ导联(联胃窦导联),病例组餐后胃电参数波形平均频率(f)、波形主频率(F)、波形平均幅值(VPP)比餐前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ra餐前餐后无明显变化;对照组餐后胃电参数f、F、Vpp明显比餐前增高,Ⅰ导联Ra无明显差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ导联Ra有差异(P<0.05);病例组Ⅰ、Ⅱ导联餐后胃电参数f、F、Vpp均低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组餐后Ⅱ导联f、F、Vpp比Ⅰ导联降低,而对照组餐后Ⅱ导联f、F、Vpp比Ⅰ导联增高。结论功能性消化不良患儿存在胃电节律异常,胃电基本节律减慢,胃电功率减弱,提示胃排空功能差,胃电参数明显改变与胃动力有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the changes of gastric motility and electrogastrogram in children with functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 50 children aged 1 to 7 years, who met diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia, were selected as the case group and 50 healthy children as the control group. Two groups of children were tested by gastrointestinal electrogramograph, electrogastrogram analysis data, the use of SPSS18.0 statistical software processing data. Results The average frequency of gastric electrical parameters (f), main frequency of waveform (F), average amplitude of waveform (VPP) (P <0.05), while there was no significant change in postprandial Ra meal before meals. The postprandial gastric electrical parameters f, F and Vpp in the control group were significantly higher than those in the pre-meal, and there was no obvious Ra in the leadⅠ (P> 0.05). The difference of Ra of Ⅱ lead was significant (P <0.05). The postprandial gastric electrical parameters f, F and Vpp of lead Ⅰ and Ⅱ were lower than those of control group (P <0.05). The cases of group II postprandial lead f, F, Vpp lower than the lead I, while the control group II lead f, F, Vpp lead than lead increased. Conclusion Children with functional dyspepsia have abnormal gastric electrogastrogram, slow gastric electrical rhythm and weakened gastric electrical power, suggesting that gastric emptying is poor. Gastric parameters are closely related to gastric motility.
