目的了解北京市公共汽车司售人员对甲型H1N1流感知识的认知情况、行为现状,为政府制定防控甲型H1N1流感科学策略提供参考。方法选择北京7个大型公交枢纽站,枢纽站中的所有公交线路随机调查3~5名司售人员,采用统一的调查问卷,应用面访形式进行调查,共调查373人。结果373名应答者,对甲型HlNl相关知识问题全部回答正确占20%,文化程度、年龄、性别和职业分工对甲型HlNl认知差异无统计学意义,甲型H1N1防控相关信息途径主要为电视广播、报刊和单位培训。结论对公共汽车司售人员甲型H1N1流感的防控工作不容忽视,应作为甲型HlNl防控工作的重点人群。
Objective To understand the cognition and behavior of the bus salesman in Beijing on the knowledge of Influenza A (H1N1) and provide a reference for the government to formulate a scientific strategy to prevent and control Influenza A (H1N1). Methods Seven large public transport hubs in Beijing were selected. All the bus lines in the hubs were randomly surveyed with 3 to 5 salespersons. A total of 373 people were surveyed using a unified questionnaire and interview forms. Results Among the 373 respondents, the correct answer to the question was only 20% of the total knowledge of H1N1, and no significant difference was found in the knowledge of H1N1 among the education level, age, gender and occupational division of labor. The information on prevention and control of H1N1 was mainly For television broadcasting, newspapers and training units. Conclusion The prevention and control of influenza H1N1 in bus sales department should not be neglected, and should be taken as the key population in the prevention and control of H1N1.
