用DTA-TG联合法在惰性气氛下研究了软锰矿的热分解.结果表明,在298~1263K的温度范围,软锰矿的热分解过程共有6个吸热峰.当温度小于7231K时,主要是吸附水和结晶水的脱出;当温度大于8981K时,主要是MnO2和CaCO3的热分解,其中MnO2的热分解是分步进行的:MnO2→Mn2O3→Mn3O4.
The thermal decomposition of pyrolusite was studied using DTA-TG method in an inert atmosphere. The results show that in the range of 298 ~ 1263K, pyrolusite thermal decomposition process has a total of six endothermic peaks. When the temperature is less than 723 1K, the main is the adsorption of water and crystallization of water prolapse; when the temperature is greater than 898 1K, mainly thermal decomposition of MnO2 and CaCO3, which MnO2 thermal decomposition step by step: MnO2 → Mn2O3 → Mn3O4.
