自1978年时任复旦大学校长数学家苏步青和南京大学校长匡亚明同时倡议并率先在两校开设以来,经过三十余年的努力,“大学语文”已成为综合性大学和高职院校非中文专业普遍开设的公共基础课程。但由于其教学目标、教学观念的因循守旧,不能与中小学语文教育的新课标接轨,没能发挥出其课程设置该有的作用,故而被学生和校方诟病。究其根本,是大学语文教学中问题意识培养的缺失。

The fundamental is the lack of awareness training in college Chinese teaching.
