为降低大型陶瓷成形设备开发成本,缩短开发周期,提高工作效率和操作舒适性,应用JACK软件对陶瓷滚压成形机进行人机工程仿真,并对其进行了改进设计。通过对陶瓷滚压成形机技术特征与工作原理的分析,确定了操作过程仿真的动态姿势节点,在此基础上,提出滚压成形机人机适配性的关键因素,并按照搬运工件的工作类型进行操作台高度仿真;按照达到包络的要求进行操作开关位置布局,提出尺寸设计建议,并对改进后的设计方案进行人机工程评价。结果表明:改进后的设计方案有助于减少工人肌肉骨骼疾病,可提高生产效率。
In order to reduce the development cost, shorten the development cycle and improve the working efficiency and operation comfort of large-scale ceramic forming equipment, the humanoid engineering simulation of the ceramic roll forming machine is made with JACK software and the improved design is made.
