[目的]了解苯丙酮尿症(PKU)患儿家长的心理健康状况,以便为寻找适时的干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]对泰安市新生儿疾病筛查中心2000年1月至2012年6月确诊的PKU患儿家长(PKU组、106人)采用SCL-90自评心理症状量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行自评,同时对接受健康体检的幼儿家长(对照组、108人)进行测试。[结果]测试PKU组106人,对照组108人。SCL-90自评量表总分,PKU组为183.19±55.46分,对照组为139.57±29.37分(P<0.01)。其中,抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、敌意、强迫症状、人际敏感、偏执、精神病性等因子分均为PKU组高于对照组(P<0.01),恐惧因子分2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SAS量表得分,PKU组为56.70±14.96分,对照组为35.40±9.54分(P<0.01);SDS量表得分,PKU组为65.30±13.74分,对照组为38.50±8.46分(P<0.01)。SCL-90量表自评心理症状判为重度、中度者所占比例,病例组为40.57%,对照组为3.70%(P<0.01);SDS量表判为重度、中度抑郁者所占比例,病例组为61.32%,对照组为5.56%(P<0.01);SAS量表判为重度、中度焦虑者所占比例,病例组为47.17%、对照组为4.63%(P<0.01)。[结论]PKU患儿家长的心理健康状况下降,主要表现为焦虑和抑郁。
[Objective] To understand the mental health of parents of children with phenylketonuria (PKU) so as to provide a scientific basis for finding timely interventions. [Methods] Parents of children with PKU (PKU group, 106) diagnosed from January 2000 to June 2012 in Tai’an Newborns Disease Screening Center were assessed with SCL-90 Self-Assessment Psychological Symptom Inventory, Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and the parents of the children (control group, 108) undergoing physical examination were tested. [Results] 106 patients in PKU group and 108 in control group. SCL-90 self-rating scale total score, PKU group was 183.19 ± 55.46 points, the control group was 139.57 ± 29.37 points (P <0.01). Among them, factors such as depression, anxiety, somatization, hostility, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid and psychosis were all higher in PKU group than in control group (P <0.01) P> 0.05). SAS scale score was 56.70 ± 14.96 in PKU group and 35.40 ± 9.54 in control group (P <0.01). SDS scale score was 65.30 ± 13.74 in PKU group and 38.50 ± 8.46 in control group Points (P <0.01). SCL-90 scale self-assessment psychological symptoms were judged as severe, the proportion of moderate, the case group was 40.57%, the control group was 3.70% (P <0.01); SDS was sentenced as severe, moderate depression accounted for (P <0.01). The proportion of patients in the case group was 61.32% and that in the control group was 5.56% (P <0.01). The SAS scale was rated as severe and moderate anxiety. The proportion of cases was 47.17% and that of the control group was 4.63% . [Conclusion] The mental health status of parents in PKU patients decreased, mainly as anxiety and depression.
