Over the years, citizen scientists have provided crucial data and made extremely valuable contributions to various scientific explorations. However, they are usually secondary and can only assist traditional scientists in completing tasks that professionals do not have the time or means to do on their own. For example, they allow the public to count the number of wildlife or classify photographs of interest to the chief researcher. This top-down form of participation puts public science on the brink and, while filling the manpower gap, is basically the same. Therefore, its value has not yet been fully tapped. Neglecting the potential contributions of civil scientists and their work is a serious mistake that limits human science
