目的　探讨国产吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗重度(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)痔病的临床效果。方法　利用特制国产的环形吻合器对15 2例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔病进行手术治疗。结果　平均手术时间2 1min ,术后平均住院时间3d ,98%的患者对手术效果满意。随访1个月至3年,无复发,无大便失禁、肛门狭窄和肛周炎。手术费用15 0 0～2 0 0 0元,平均175 0元。结论　国产吻合器PPH具有操作简单、安全有效、术后痛苦少、恢复快、住院时间短、合并症少、治疗费用比较低廉等优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of domestic stapler hemorrhoidopexy (PPH) in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids (stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ). Methods Fifty-two patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ hemorrhoids were treated with a specially made domestic stapler. Results The average operation time was 21min, average postoperative hospital stay was 3d, and 98% of the patients were satisfied with the operation results. Followed up for 1 month to 3 years, no recurrence, no incontinence, anal stenosis and perianitis. The cost of surgery was 150 ~ 2000 yuan, with an average of 175 yuan. Conclusion Domestic stapler PPH has the advantages of simple operation, safe and effective, less postoperative pain, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, fewer complications, and lower cost of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
