我国目前的经济发展形势严峻,在世界经济格局以及我国自身的市场环境影响下,我国急需一批复合型应用技术人才来完成对于市场的优化。而人才的培养也是人力资源优化的一个重要手段,在这样的背景下,我国相关部门对于劳动经济理论下的人力资源开发采取了高度的重视。人力资源的开发首先能让我国各行各业内的相关企业实现自身利益的增长,进而造成市场环境的改变,从整体上影响我国综合实力的进步。我国目前的人力资源开发中依旧存在许多的不足,而针对这些问题提出有效的措施进行解决,是每个人都应该重视的问题。
