露地栽培下,以薄皮甜瓜绿皮品种齐甜1号、日本甜宝、芝麻酥为材料,比较不同薄皮甜瓜品种植株叶片生理特性。旨在研究不同品种叶片衰老特性,为实现高产高效栽培、选择生长势强品种提供理论依据。结果表明,薄皮甜瓜植株叶片抗衰老能力随着生育期的延长而下降,总叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量,丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,降低过氧化物酶(POD)活性。综合比较叶片抗衰老能力由强到弱依次为齐甜1号、日本甜宝、芝麻酥。
Under open field cultivation, the leaf physiological characteristics of different muskmelon cultivars were compared with Qimitian 1, a Japanese sweet treasure and sesame crisp. Aims to study the senescence characteristics of different varieties of leaves, in order to achieve high-yielding and efficient cultivation, selection of strong growing varieties provide a theoretical basis. The results showed that the leaf anti-aging ability of muskmelon decreased with the extension of growth period, and the content of total chlorophyll, soluble protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased and the activity of peroxidase (POD) decreased. Comprehensive comparison of leaf anti-aging ability from strong to weak, followed by Qi sweet 1, Japanese sweet treasure, sesame crisp.
