一、源计划20世纪90年代初的广州仍然接近于儿时短暂居住时印象中的城市。从大学校园往市中心十六七公里的路程接近一半仍是郊区的乡村,完成这段路程唯一的方式只有一路公共汽车。5年后也就是我们大学毕业时的广州却早已不是原来的那个城市。从校园到旧城中心的路途基本已经全被新城市所蔓延,与城市之间的交通方式也日渐丰富,除了仍在运行的那一路公交,还有多路空调专线巴士,当然也可以选择各种私人载客的摩托或者偶尔见到的红色的士。5年建筑学习与城市快速扩张的关系似乎仅仅体现于渲染图的工具从传统水彩画笔变为气压喷枪,以及到处弥漫炒更的气氛和机会。建筑系的特征也由从前工科院校里那种独一无二的艺术形象转变为腰系BP机、行色匆忙和睡眠不足。失去计划经济时期专业保护的设计机构从原来养尊处优转而被投入到城市资本运作的大机器中,设计任务也从计划经济时期调配环节变为商业雇佣关系,建筑职业获得了空前的表面的自由!

The relationship between architectural learning and rapid urban expansion for five years seems to be only reflected in the rendering of tools from traditional watercolor pencils to airbrushed guns, as well as the atmosphere and opportunities that permeate the atmosphere. The architectural features are also transformed from the one-of-a-kind art image of the former engineering colleges to a waistline BP machine, hurried and lack of sleep. Design institutes that lost their professional protection during the planned economy period have been devoted to large-scale machinery for urban capital operation since their original pampering. Their design tasks have also changed from a planned economic period to a business-employment relationship, and construction occupations have gained an unprecedented degree of freedom!
