以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)为药物模型,以乳酸-磷酸酯共聚物为高分子药物载体,合成了侧链带药的乳酸-磷酸酯共聚物药物。用1HNMR、IR、UV谱对其结构进行了表征。测定高分子药物中5-FU的含量,研究了高分子药物的体外释药性能及共聚物组成对释药性能的影响。
With 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as the drug model and lactic acid-phosphate ester copolymer as the polymer drug carrier, a side-chain drug-loaded lactic acid-phosphate ester copolymer drug was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by 1HNMR, IR and UV spectra. The content of 5-FU in macromolecular drugs was determined, and the in vitro drug release properties of macromolecular drugs and the influence of copolymer composition on drug release were studied.
