采用拟均相模型拟合了乙酸甲酯与乙二醇酯交换反应的动力学方程。运用Aspen Plus软件对乙酸甲酯与乙二醇在反应精馏中的酯交换反应进行了模拟研究。考虑到能耗问题,该流程采用了差压热耦合技术。重点讨论了进料方式、理论板数和回流比对乙酸甲酯转化率的影响。以年总费用为目标函数,对该流程进行了经济优化。对该流程和传统的双塔流程进行了比较,结果表明,该流程可以节省过程能耗66.09%和年总费用60.61%。
The pseudo-homogeneous model was used to fit the kinetic equation of transesterification between methyl acetate and ethylene glycol. Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the transesterification of methyl acetate and ethylene glycol in reactive distillation. Taking into account the issue of energy consumption, the process uses differential pressure thermal coupling technology. The effects of feeding mode, theoretical plate number and reflux ratio on the conversion of methyl acetate are discussed. Taking the total annual cost as the objective function, this process is economically optimized. The comparison between the process and the traditional two-tower process shows that the process can save 66.09% of the process energy and 60.61% of the total annual cost.
