本文运用啮合原理设计的滚刀齿形,是一个完整的点接触共轭螺旋面的轴向截形。该方法可以完全消除滚刀的理论设计误差从而提高工件的精度。使用计算机辅助设计,能使得计算简便而更精确。
In this paper, the meshing principle is used to design the hob tooth profile, which is a complete axial truncation of the point contact conjugate helix. The method can completely eliminate the theoretical design error hob to improve the accuracy of the workpiece. Using computer-aided design makes calculations easy and accurate.
